I’ve had the phone for 9 months and I find it to be the most feature complete phone i’ve seen (what other phone has the transmitter?), although my 3 main gripes are the hard to use keyboard (buttons are hard to push), the small call/end keys (I accidentally hit the menu button alot and have to use my nail alot), and the picture quality on the camera is hard to get spot on. It gets slow with heavy memory useage but thats pretty standard with most phones.

when i watching photos on this phone,,,,it is very slow to switch between pictures,,,and focus on the pics improvment very slow!!!as hell!!! help ???
The most annoying phone I ever had. Nokia is losing it. I’ve never experienced a device with such a crappy keyboard. Everytime I’m trying to press a button/number I am touching others because the buttons are connected and small. Sms’s is disaster.
It’s got a lot of functions but it’s not very fast. Google Maps keeps on asking which internet connection you wanna use while you’re busy operating it. Tried the newest firmware and GM and it still bugs.
i got this phone I gotta admit this is the best phone I ever owned. wifi,voice recorder,5mp cam,fm radio,text message reader, battery last long, and some other stuff. I wish they make a 12 mega pixel camera or hd camcorder…
Hi there.. I have N79 and I hard reset by mistake and did not back up. I lost all apps that come preinstalled like IndiSMS, N-Gage games and many other stuff. Is there any way I can get them back ? I have firmware 31.002
If there is no way out please list all the apps, games, widgets that come with N79 in India so that I can search and download them manually

plus the ipod-like scroll is too sensitive to be of any use.

8 mega pixel but very pade cam on nokia n86 n
then get nokia n86 8megapixel camera?

it has better speakers and sound quality, over all n79 is far better then n95….
