He notes that it has been a tremendous success for Nokia in terms of how many have been shipped and how much money it has made Nokia, but it has been a disappointment in terms of the experience quality for the consumers. He moves on to describe how Nokia fixed the situation (PR 2.0) and how Symbian^3 will be ensuring it does not happen again.
