Edmonton police searching for phony security officer www.privateofficer.com

Edmonton Canada Aug 22 2009 Edmonton police are warning the public about a phony bank security officer who scammed two seniors out of $6,300. On June 8th and 9th of this year, police said the seniors received cold calls from a man posing as a bank security officer, who addressed them by their full name. The man knew a fare amount of personal information about each victim, such as the types of accounts they have at specific banking institutions
