Cannot create a new profile on my 5800 after factory reset
Hi I did a search and find nothing related. I reseted my 5800 to factory settings, after that I’m not able to create new profiles. I googled this and found that others have had the same issue but I didn’t find a fix. When I go to create new profile the phone does nothing, after this I cannot even change the current profile until I exit profiles and enter again. Try to create new profile again and can’t do it. If I keep trying the phone freezes Can you please help me? Is there a fix for this or I won’t be able to create new profiles? What went wrong with the resetting to factory settings
