BBC iPlayer (UK) Download

Can anyone give me a link to download the installer for the BBC iPlayer. I have v2.01 preinstalled on my ‘3′ UK branded N97 but want to know where to find the installer, in case I decide to wipe & reinstall.  Is version 2.01 the latest?    Thanks NigelS

Need help with Nokia 1661

I just bought this phone and tried to open the back cover to install the battery and sim card.  However, I can’t for the life of me remove the back cover.  I think I can probably force it but will likely damage the phone.  As it is, the way I hold the phone to slide the cover down, I could very well damage the screen and keypad.  Any advice on how to go about removing the cover without damaging the phone too much?   Thanks.

Uploading music or photos with PC Suite to 7510 fails

Hi! I’m trying to upload photos or music to my 7510 but it keeps failing.. either it won’t let me drag anything to the area where I’m supposed to drag files in PC Suite or the upload fails around 34%.   I have a 8 Gt card inside which I’d like to use! Mainly for mp3’s (wouldn’t mind them converted to a smaller form) and photos taken with a camera

Does the upcoming N900 have a compass?

I’ve tried finding out this information from various websites, including Nokia’s and the Nokia Maemo website, but haven’t had a definite conclusion to it. I even found one tech blog that said a magnetometer (digital compass) was included in N900.   I know Nokia themselves don’t list it in the device features, but I was kind of hoping it would be such a small feature for Nokia that they’d decided to leave it out   See, in one of the screenshots of the N900 running Nokia Maps I can see a similar compass icon as in screenshots of N97 running the same program.

5800 memory issue, cannot acces memory card, phone memory used instead

Hi all, When taking pictures with the 5800 I get the message (cannot acces memory card, phone memory used instead) I change memory options to E: Memory card but still get the message when taking pics. I can access the card fine from phone file manager and through PC. Have reformatted and tried second sd card
